Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we will require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is to be paid at the end of the clean.
Which areas do you cover?
Our team cover South West London and Surrey.
How many cleaners will you send?
Our teams usually work in pairs. Our teams can work solely for smaller or less complex cleans, or in teams up to 6 for larger or more complex cleans.
Do you supply the cleaning equipment and materials?
Yes, our cleaning teams bring all of the cleaning equipment and materials they need.
What days and times do you work?
You can contact us at any time. Our cleaning teams work 7 days a week. First clean can start from 6:00am and the last clean finishing at 6:00pm.
Do you have a price list of your services?
Yes, we have a simple price list.
Do you provide free estimates and quotes?
Yes, we provide free instant online estimates, or alternatively can provide estimates by email and by phone. These are provided as 'blind' estimates or quotes.
Do you provide free quote visits?
As standard, we provide free 'blind' estimates. This is because it helps to keep the costs of our cleaning service down and helps to significantly reduce our carbon footprint. We can provide a quote visit on request.
Are your estimates and quotes accurate?
We have an intelligent system to calculate the cost of a wide variety of cleans, however, all estimates and quotes are provided as 'blind' (unless a site visit has been arranged). The price of the clean is accurate if the information supplied is accurate. For example, if a clean is a misrepresentated as an end of tenancy clean when it requires a longer, specialist deep clean this will mean the price provided will be inaccurate. Our team on the day can assess the clean and discuss the service pricing.
Do I need to be at the property?
As standard we do require for you, or a representative, to be present at the beginning of the clean and at the end of the clean. At the beginning of the clean, this is to greet our cleaners and discuss any parts of the clean. At the end of the clean, this is to check the cleaning service provided, sign off our checklists, and make the balance of the payment. Our team can discuss alternatives to this, if required.
Do you do carpet cleaning?
We offer 2 types of carpet clean. 'Basic' carpet clean or 'Professional' carpet clean. The difference is that 'Basic' is a cheaper quick once over of the carpets using basic equipment. If you require a thorough carpet clean, stain treatment, or more, then the 'Professional' carpet clean is the right option for you.
Are you a registered company?
Yes, Cullens Cleaning is a division of Cullens Services Limited, a registered company in England and Wales, no. 10984086.
Do you charge VAT?
All prices provided including on our websites, on our estimate system, or by members of our team are excluding VAT, therefore VAT is charged in addition.
