I need my carpets cleaned with my end of tenancy clean, can you help?
Yes, we offer 2 types of carpet clean. 'Basic' carpet clean or 'Professional' carpet clean. The difference is that 'Basic' is a cheaper quick once over of the carpets using basic equipment. If you require a thorough carpet clean, stain treatment, or more, then the 'Professional' carpet clean is the right option for you.

What are your end of tenancy cleaning operating hours?
You can contact us at any time. Our cleaning teams work 7 days a week. First clean can start from 6:00am and the last clean finishing at 6:00pm.

What does your end of tenancy clean service do?
Our end of tenancy cleaning service is designed to be low cost and bring the property back up to an acceptable standard to hand over to the landlord, estate agents, or next tenants. It's not designed to provide a perfect, nearly new finish.

Do you provide cleaning materials and equipment?
Yes, our end of tenancy cleaning teams come fully prepared for the job.

How long will the clean take?
Usually a clean can take anywhere between 3 and 6 hours but usually best to leave a full 12 hours of access.

Do I have to deforst my fridge and freezer in advance?
Please ensure that your fridge and/or freezer is deforsted 24 hours before the service begins, otherwise our staff will be unable to clean it.

Do you clean external windows or hard to reach internal windows?
We do not clean external windows, and only clean internal windows that are easily reached without the use of a ladder, this is due to the health and safety risks of working from heights.

Do you clean lofts?
No, due to health and safety risks, we are unable to clean lofts.

Do you clean blood, faeces, or bodily fluids?
No, our teams do not clean human or animal blood, faeces, or bodily fluids. This requires risk assessment and specialist cleaning.

Do you clean walls? Get rid of wall marks?
No, we are unable to clean walls and get rid of marks, this is best done prior to our end of tenancy cleaning service commencing.

Do you have any end of tenancy cleaning reviews I can read?

Do I have to pay for parking fees or congestion charges?
This is the only additional charge on top of your end of tenancy clean. Our team will always strive to search for free parking or routes around the congestion charge, but where this is possible customers will be asked to cover these costs.

What is included in a Property Cleaning part of an End of Tenancy Clean?
Our Property Cleaning part of an End of Tenancy Clean includes a deep clean of your property excluding oven cleaning, white goods cleaning, carpet cleaning, and upholstery cleaning.

Do I need to be at the property?
As standard we do require for you, or a representative, to be present at the beginning of the clean and at the end of the clean. At the beginning of the clean, this is to greet our cleaners and discuss any parts of the clean. At the end of the clean, this is to check the cleaning service provided, sign off our checklists, and make the balance of the payment. Our team can discuss alternatives to this, if required.

Do you charge VAT?
All prices provided including on our websites, on our estimate system, or by members of our team are excluding VAT, therefore VAT is charged in addition.
