Our technicians are trained and qualifed by Prochem to use their machines and cleaning solutions to provide a thorough, deep clean plus to spot treat any stains or spills.
  • How much does carpet cleaning cost?

  • Should I get my carpets cleaned regularly?
    Yes, definitely. Carpets harbour lots of nasties and vacuuming alone isn't enough. If you have kids, pets, allergies, or a high traffic carpets then we recommend getting an inital deep clean then getting your carpets cleaned at least every 6 months. For everyone else, we recommend having an initial deep clean then an annual carpet clean.
  • Do you have any professional tips on keeping my carpets clean?
    One thing you can do regularly is vacuum clean your carpet. We recommend using a high-powered, high-filtration vacuum cleaner that contains a HEPA filter. The high-powered, high-filtration part will make sure as much of the dirt and debris is picked up while the HEPA filter will ensure that no nasties are pumped back out into the air. This helps to improve allergies and indoor air quality.

    Yes. All of our carpet cleaning technicians go through rigorous training. This includes offsite multi-day training at Prochem, the UKs leading Carpet Cleaning Academy, where they receive an industry recognised carpet cleaning qualification. All our technicians then build up extensive experience before coming senior technicians. We're also fully insured with public and products liability.
  • What are your carpet cleaning operating hours?
    You can contact us at any time. Our cleaning teams work 7 days a week. First clean can start from 6:00am and the last clean finishing at 6:00pm.
  • What does your carpet clean service do?
    Our carpet cleaning service is designed to thoroughly clean your carpets. You can choose from one of three options - bronze, silver, and gold - depending on the level of clean you require. For example, bronze provides a basic professional clean for carpets that have no pre-existing stains, silver provides a thorough clean and tackles stains, while our gold standard option tackles stains, provides a thorough and longer lasting clean using an Antibacterial Treatment.
  • Do you provide cleaning materials and equipment?
    Yes, all of our carpet cleaning technicians come fully prepared for the job.
  • How long will the clean take?
    Usually a clean can take anywhere between 3 and 6 hours but usually best to leave a full 12 hours of access.
  • How long do I have to leave the carpets to dry?
    For best results, leave the carpets for 24 hours after the service has been completed.
  • Do you clean blood, faeces, or bodily fluids?
    No, our teams do not clean human or animal blood, faeces, or bodily fluids. This requires risk assessment and specialist cleaning.
  • Do you get rid of carpet stains?
    For our Silver and Gold options, our carpet cleaning technicians will tackle stains present on the carpet. Not all stains can be removed completely, and some stains may not be removable at all. This depends entirely on the carpet fibres, the type of staining, whether any chemical burning has occured, and/or the length of time the carpet fibres have been exposed to the stain. That's why our technicians do a carpet inspection prior to beginning any carpet clean to investigate any issues.
  • Do you have any carpet cleaning reviews I can read?

  • Do I have to pay for parking fees or congestion charges?
    Our technicians will always strive to search for free parking outside your property and routes around the congestion charge, but where this is possible customers will be asked to cover these costs. Our technicians require direct access to the property and parking directly outside the property, in a driveway or directly outside, due to the heavy equipment.
  • Do I need to be at the property?
    As standard we do require for you, or a representative, to be present at the beginning of the clean and at the end of the clean. At the beginning of the clean, this is to greet our technicians and discuss any parts of the clean. At the end of the clean, this is to check the cleaning service provided, sign off our checklists, and make the balance of the payment. Our team can discuss alternatives to this, if required.
